
Mr. McKenzie is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on bankruptcy, complex business litigation, and general civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in complex legal disputes, with an emphasis on practical, rseults-driven solutions. He is a member of the Macon Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. McKenzie worked as an insurance adjuster handling complex litigation claims, including matters involving serious personal injuries. This experience provides him with a unique perspective on case evaluation, risk assessment, and litigation strategy, allowing him to anticipate challenges and advocate effectively for his clients.
Mr. Mckenzie earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, where he developed a strong foundation in bankruptcy law, commercial disputes, and civil litigation. While attending Mercer University, he was involved in the Business Bankruptcy and Tax Law Society and was on the executive board for the Real Estate Law Society. Additionally, Mr. McKenzie received the Cali Award for Excellence for Advanced Writing Group during his participation in the Certificate for Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting program. He was also a student member of the William Agustus Bootle American Inn of Court.
