Originally from Eastman, Georgia, Mr. Stuckey attended the University of Georgia where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History in 2011.  He graduated from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law with an Advanced Writing Certification in 2014.  Mr. Stuckey joined the Law Offices of Emmett L. Goodman, Jr. LLC in 2015 and has a general practice specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Litigation.  He volunteers with Central Georgia CASA and local elections.

Mr. Stuckey is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
